I am with dual Dutch and Italian nationality. I'm multilingual with a positive and open-minded attitude.

In February 2022 I received my bachelor's degree in 'Horticulture and business management' at the HAS University of applied science in s-Hertogenbosch.

While following the HBM bachelor program I had the chance to have my practical internships as agricultural worker and researcher at:

• Plantenkwekerij: Nursery specialized in the propagation of leek, strawberry and Astilbe plants.

• Nursery: Nursery specialized in breeding and growing a very wide range of grafted walnut trees.

• CATIE: Tropical Agricultural Research and Higher Education Centre situated in Costa Rica.

These experiences have trained me to better understand and apply the main processes involved in plant propagation and multiplication such as, crop protection, grafting, pruning, nutrient management and general plant care for boot cover and open field crops. Additionally, working as an intern for CATIE have broader my understanding of agricultural tropical systems, with a focus on coffee as the main crop.

A food company commissioned my final year professional assignment. The focus of the research was to analyze product sourcing, while improving social, environmental, and financial sustainability across the vanilla supply chain and market. During this 20-week project, I had the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the main aspects of food value chain analysis and development.

This experience has inspired me to start the Master's degree 'Agricultural Production Chain Management' at VHL University in Velp where I graduated in October 2023.
 
This program has provided me with skills related to agricultural value chain development for the different perspectives of sustainability, business economics, logistics, quality management, certification, marketing, information flows and international trends.

Alongside the master program I have participated for two years in the European project Farm Life, where I coordinated a transition workshop in the Tuscany region of Italy to facilitate the creation of a new regional agroforestry network and worked on the development of a profit and loss agroforestry model for farmers.

I recently graduated and I am now looking for job opportunities with focus on Business development, Business consultancy or Sustainable sourcing within the green sector. I am also open for position as horticulture specialist in plant multiplication and propagation.
