They are looking for an After-Sales Employee to strengthen the team in Denmark and provide optimal support to customers after the sale. Their products and solutions help dairy farmers optimize their operations through smart technology that provides real-time data.

What Will You Do?

As an After-Sales Employee in the dairy farming sector, you will be the go-to contact for customers after they purchase our products. You ensure they have the best experience with the products and answer their questions with expertise and enthusiasm. You play a key role in solving technical issues and ensuring a smooth post-sale process.

Your Tasks:

Supporting customers in using the products and systems

Providing technical support and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat

Assisting customers with installations, upgrades, and maintenance of the products

Following up on customer inquiries and ensuring timely and efficient solutions

Recording and managing customer interactions in our CRM system

Improving customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service

Collaborating with the sales team to assist customers promptly

What Do You Bring?

Knowledge of and interest in dairy farming (experience with management programs is a plus)

Experience in a customer-oriented role, preferably in an after-sales position

Strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and verbal). German is a plus.

Problem-solving ability and a customer-focused mindset

Resilience and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
